Solutions

  1. Digital Channels
There are many important considerations that need to be taken into account when planning a website or portal. What technology should be used – a product or a custom build? What functionality needs to be created for today and in the future? What enterprise systems need to be integrated into the solution? What impact will this have on your business? There are several steps to follow that will help ensure you’re on the right path. First, having a solid, well thought-out plan is crucial to any implementation. Putting time in up-front will pay off in the long run. Key considerations for a website or portal build: What are your current business processes, technical architecture, high level business requirements and functional gaps? What strategic objectives do you have and how do they impact your on-line initiatives? What technologies are you considering implementing? How do they impact your current and future business processes and existing technologies? What options are available to you and what implications are there for each option and meeting your requirements? To what extent should I consider mobile for my site? What accessibility factors am I required to implement to comply with the latest legislation? How will you develop your “Roadmap” or actionable plan to ensure maximum success and ROI for your implementation? Helping you determine where to start and how to move ahead is what Intelliware has been helping clients with for years. We provide end-to-end solutions for the design, development, usability and implementation of custom built or packaged portal solutions, intranets and corporate websites. 5. Agile Adoption
There is increasing pressure on application development teams to be able to quickly respond to changing and evolving business needs. These teams are finding that traditional application development and project management practices are slowing them down. Many of them, in both small and large organizations, are turning to Agile. Becoming Agile requires disciplined adoption of Agile engineering and process practices to enable an Agile mindset and culture. This is a challenging exercise. We believe Agile adoption can be accelerated by co-teaming with Agile experts on a development project. Behavioural change is more likely when those learning Agile are working side-by-side with seasoned Agile practitioners. It’s conversion through immersion. Our Agile Philosophy We advocate for Agile because we know first-hand that it helps application development teams deliver. Adherence to Agile technical practices and continuous delivery is critical. Agile is about driving delivery from the bottom-up while receiving strong support from the top-down. Discipline is necessary and should enable change, not limit it. Agile can and often needs to co-exist with other delivery methods. Agile transformation will have a different flavour in each organization yet key enabling ingredients will remain the same. Our Agile Adoption Framework Assessment – We get a baseline of your current state, provide foundational training and then establish a plan to move forward. We do this by conducting stakeholder interviews, reviewing documentation, and observing current state processes. Training – We provide fundamental training and establish a framework for ongoing training. Embedded co-teams – You select a team to adopt or enhance Agile and we co-team with them on a development project. Centre of Excellence Implementation Support – We use the co-team(s) as a real life lab, iterate through the enterprise level adoption changes, and establish a Centre of Excellence to help ensure that Agile remains embedded in your organization.
  6. Product Development

Revenue potential – what is the near and longer term revenue potential?

Growth – what is the anticipated growth curve and how will this impact your organization?

Technical risk – what are the risk factors and what is the plan for mitigating or managing them?
